Question:- What happens at a Disney Channel audition?..

-Why do Disney people only choose like 8 out of 10,000 ..what do they actually need from kids? (apperance,?)

- What clothes do I have to wear for a Disney channel audition ?..

- Do auditions where you just go show your singing and acting talent exist ?..Or its the same old thing of agent looks for roles open in a movie or show?..

-Did Selena Gomez get discovered while Disney was looking for someone to play Alex in Wizards Of Waverly Place?? Did she audition for it? Or they just called her?...

First of all, they only choose 8 out of 10,000 because thats probably all they need.

Looks are a big part in any audition. By that I mean you have to fit the character description.

Those are some examples of DC auditions.
As for selena gomez, im not sure.

You will also need experience, lets say plays, acting classes,
and im almost sure you need an agent.
But the first step would be acting classes.
