Go to your local costume/theatre shop and ask to for a costume for the appropriate amount of months your character is pregnant. A woman 8 months pregnant looks differant than a woman 2 months pregnant. Age of the character will also be a factor. A 30 year old woman who is pregant will generally look better than a 16 year old girl who is pregnant.
Your character will also move differently than someone who is not pregnant.Remember,your character will be managing the additional weight that comes with being pregnant.

In case you are wondering how a guy knows all this the answer is a combination of things.
1. I'm 43 years old and have seen my mom give birth to my two sisters. I've also been around while both sisters had 3 children each.

2.One of my co-workers is 6 months pregnant and we all have to make allowances for her.

3.. I have a bachelor of communication degree. Part of earning it was participating in college plays. I even managed to join Alpha Psi Omega, the drama fraternity while in college.

Depending on the costume/theatre shop you might be able to rent the appropriate costume and what you want is a costume not a prop.
What is the differance between a costume and a prop?
You physically wear a costume. A prop is just something that is put on stage to take the place of the real thing.

There are special props for this kind of thing.

Theres the belly, and there are whole sets, with clothes ans such.
