Split it into smaller sections and then memorize each section. Since it's 20 lines split each section into 4-5 lines. If you try to memorize it straight through your brain WILL go into overload. Also practice in a character voice because otherwise you'll just be yourself while your up there performing it. Put some movements into it, because once muscle memory sets in your less likely to forget your lines if you know it by heart. What I mean is when you get up to perform it you'll probably be nervous, but if you have a set of motions that you know by heart you'll automatically launch into those without meaning to. That way your lines will come naturally.

Also break about every fifteen minutes and do something somewhat mindless (i.e. chores, watch a few minutes of TV, etc.)

record yourself reading your lines, than listen to it. also try watching the movie, and talking along with the actors at your parts! and get friends to read lines with you. you can also try writing your lines down from memory

Follow the punctuation. Comma=short pause, semicolo=little longer pause, colon or period or question mark or exclamation point= full stop. Don't wory about the rhythm, it is very natural. If your have a pair of lines that rhyme, then rhyme on purpose. Always be alert for dirty puns. Make sure you find the humanity of each speech. Memorize following punctuation as well as it breaks up the ideas into logical segments.
I have available a short article on how to memorize your lines.
