i wouldnt call it either. perhaps a bit of both but not really.

i know that makes no sense let me explain. its a type of ballad coz its topical, humorous, and subversive. it tells a story in a humorous way through song. its up tempo because its lively. but up tempo is more dance track.

id say it would be classed as orchestral, Contemporary/Original Jazz Classics and showtune.
