Dorthy isn't a character in Wicked. The story is about Glinda and the Wicked Witch of the West, not Dorothy. And "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" isn't one of the songs in Wicked. It's a completely different story than the Wizard of Oz.

There isnt a Dorothy character in Wicked. Its a musical about Glinda and Elphaba(Wicked Witch of the West) and their friendship. Dorothy is mentioned a couple times in ACT 2 ut no one actually plays her. Thats why there is no Over The Rainbow.
