Hello,

www.actorsaccess.com
www.breakdownservices.com
www.lacasting.com

These websites will help you find agents, managers, and casting auditions.

Now since you guys are very motivated that is the first step to success.
But heres some more helpful tips.
1. Start acting class or theatre classes.
This will give you the beginnning steps of acting. You will be far more ahead than the other ''girls''. Also agents and managers love people with acting class experience, because thenthey don't have to teach you anything.

2. Get into other things, singing, dancing, jump rope, swimming, learning new languages. This will be things you can put on your resume, and will get more auditions for you, since you can do more things.

3. Business wise, never pay an agency or management. They already take 10% out of your paycheck, if they ask you to pay anything walk away, they are doing something illegal.

4.Another great thing is IMTA.
www.IMTA.com. It gives you acces, to agents, managers casting directors, and modeling singing and dancing. Check out the website. I went there and won 5 awards, found manager, and got 2 full acting scholarships.

Now just rememeber, not everyone makes it in this business, no matter how cute or talented you are.
You have to keep your head up and keep fighting, because this is a cut throat business.

Also once you get an agent or manager, or both, they will give you more access to auditions, because they are more educated about that type of stuff.

Good Luck!

I recommend finding a local drama group. After all, if you found an agent they are very expensive.
If you are pretty enough and good enough at acting, try an auditions website, which will give information of local auditions for Disney films.
