my question is, how do you make the black shirt like that so you can rip it off quickly when you need to? pictures and descriptions would greatly help. thanks!

From the looks of it
they cut the seam of the shirt and put like snap its in it to hold it together
you can do the same thing with velcro
cut the shirt where the seam is found on the sides
then get some velcro either already sticky velcro or sew it on your shirt
should work for ya

velcro, velcro, velcro. Either up the back or down the side, that is always what works

Seems like they got it off really quickly to me.

You could use velcro, like a few other people have suggested, it would work.

Or you could even use press studs.
Put two or three, depending how big the shirt is, and put them on one side of the shirt, put the backings on the good side of the material and then the connector thingys on the wrong side..so its easy to put on and you can just rip it off..
