JR Powers is a school that will teach you poise and some basic performance skills. Don't worry about the audition they will take anybody willing to pay for thier overpriced services.

It's a total scam.

I went there, and all they wanted from me was 3,000 dollars for like three months.

First they took me in a room with my mom and asked me all these personal questions "do you have a myspace" "whats your G.P.A." "do you memorize things fast?" and sooo many more.

Then, later, they made me watch this movie on how brillian JRP is.

Then, they video taped me doing a cold read [mini commercial] for coca cola. I wasn't shy but of course they had to say I was bad because they wanted me to pay that WAY overpriced price. They did say I had "potential" though.

The guys working there were really conceided and ****'s.

I hated them! I wanted to punch them!

Then the next day, they called my mom to ask if I would sign out, and my mom politely said "Oh, I'm sorry it's just too far a drive" and the guy hung up on her.

I'm still going to pursue my acting career. Don't get me wrong.

JRP is just a scam,. plain and simple.

JRP is a really good school you do have to do auditions,then if they like they'll call 2 weeks after the audition nd tell you if they like you.then they will train you and do some classes.every week u go there will talent scouts,agents,casting calls.and as you might brenda song is one of there success storys.but yeah my friend goes to it and i might too.i mean if you really like to preform this is diffenitly the school.

It is cracked up, all right, BIG SCAM
