Help!?( casting call for acting)?

Question:me and my friend were at the mall and a lady came up to the both of us and invited us for a casting call, we couldnt go because our parents were going to be working, so we keep shopping, and another lady comes up to us from the same company and asked the same question, and said their would be one next weekend, so we could go! anyways, i know about everything, i just dont know what i shoud wear? ive heard no red,black, not all one color, no patterns , no brown, and the lady said to wear bright colors. what should i wear?

are u sure????? did she give u a card that says commercial scouts????they are a scam...there grade is an f on myspace......reasearch this company u never know when they can pop up and suprise u with somthing bad......but if u do go its a great oppurtuinity!!!!!ive had the same thing happen to me!!!! a lady came up to me and her name was mellisa......but u should wear ur personality!!!!something u would wear anywhere!!!dont dress up they will notice your trying to impress them.....trust moi ive been to millions of casting calls....good luck!!!!tell me if u find out what there companys name is ok???????and where do u live....if u live somewhere by san diego then......thats the thing...

I'm sorry, but that sounds like a scam to me. Make sure you bring your parents, and don't pay the people any money!

~what company was it? was it Barbizon? or John Roberts Powers? or maybe even another one...

~My advice is look it up and do your research before you go....
If it's really good then you should see some faces you recognize.... however if they charge you for "classes" then its a scam ($2,000 dollars for 6 months of classes)....

~If you DO want to go and check it out... ALWAYS, ALWAYS go with a parent of a guardian....

~For clothing wise, go with something that compliments your skin tone, and fits your figure.... don't go with horizontal stripes because they make you look wider....
dress in a fashionably casual way that suits you age. DON'T wear just a t-shirt and jeans. and try to stay away from tanks, halters, spaghetti straps, and tube tops... and if you're a teen, don't wear flip flops and bring heels just in case they want to see your model walk (if its a modeling agency too)
Take a nice photo of you,,, if you don't have a professional one, then take along a school photo!
