You will be payed for 8 hrs minimum at a rate of $8.12 hr. If you work overtime up to 2 extra hrs or 10 hrs in a day......the rate for those two extra hrs is x 1.5 or $12.19 per hr. If you work longer than that your rate is double or $16.25 per additional hr.

It means if they go over 10 hours, you get time and a half what you would be making each hour. If they go over 12 hours, you get double time what you would make each hour. The next line seems to mean $65 for 8 hours. That's $8.12 an hour. Minimum wage is $8 per hour in most states (including California).

time and a half for over ten hours of work .... double pay for over 12 hours of a work (in one day) ..... you get 65 dollars for every 8 hours .... your're getting paid $8.12 per hour for the first ten hours of every day you work ...

if I were you I would work only over ten hour days
