type in those cities and read all the paragraphs.. it will say somewhere.

Why on Earth are you asking this in Theatre and Acting? Isn't there a Geography category? Or websites for these towns? Search Google. Google is your friend. Google loves you and only wants your love in return.

Try Waynesburg OH city government as a search.

Well - it looks like these cities are so small - they may not have a mayor. Perhaps they have a town council or are governed by the county...Good luck.
