Reliable agent on the east coast?

Question:My daughter didn't renew her contract, and she was not asked. She is 12 now and her dream is to act. She went to the calls, but in NY with alot of talent she was up against she never got called back [yes it is rough]. Is there an agent who doesn't have an age limit [which her agent has - no teens] and is able to get my daughter noticed on the East Coast? Preferably nearest to Pa.

It sounds the the agent your daughter was with is a complete jerk.

A few agents have age limits, and the only reason it is that way is because, they can't handle kids/teens.

From personal experience I know it is VERY hard to find agents, but if she just goes in there and gives it 110% she will make herself noticed!

I dont know how many calls she attended, but maybe she isn't ready to compete. You ought to see if she can get into some plays in school and the commuity to determine if she has any ability.
