If you were to be cast as an extra in a tv show, any tv show, there's a chance you might see the star of the show, possibly even meet the star for a moment or two---but you need to remember that the whole point of being on the set or on location is to work. The stars have lines to remember, business to learn, movements and blocking to rehearse with the other main actors in the show, and have time to be alone to study and relax. In the case of young stars, they also have to continue their schooling on and off the set, and have very little time to socialize.
As an extra, you would be kept busy too, and after you'd done your work, you'd be excused for the day and expected to leave the set while other scenes were being filmed, or sets were being re-lit and changed.
If you really want to meet and connect with a star of a show, on any other basis than a momentary meet and little or no conversation, being an extra really doesn't provide too many opportunities.
I know this sounds disappointing, but it's how the business works, after all.

If so very briefly, disney is pretty strict with their stars, when they are not shooting they are in school.

( You may have seen me on TV but I cannot reveal my ID, I love emails though )

Yup.

no........... there are like thousands of extras!!!!

Most of the time with child talent, no. Anytime they are not filming they are in school (Besides Lunch). And it also depends on the star.
