basically you have to work really hard. Start with local theatre productions, school plays etc and then go from there. Build up a reputation and then when you're a little older start looking for film and tv auditions. Then you'll have more experience!
Unfortunately websites generally want people older than you, so it wouldn't be any good to start looking now.

there are no magic web sites to make you an actress. the only way a young teen can be an actress is for their parents to work very hard to make it happen. Better start by being in school plays.

i dont think that there are any specific websites for that. but maybe you can check youtube.
