Antigone hangs herself rather than die slowly in the vault that Creon was about to put her into.
Haimon kills himself because he loved Antigone and cannot live without her.
Eurydice hangs herself because her second son, Haimon, has killed himself.
Ismene and Creon survive, but they suffer due to the losses forever.

Also, since you were asking about the fate, this whole disaster goes back to Oedipus. The theme of all of the plays in this series was that Fate is undeniable, and unchangeable. Since these plays were written for religious festivals, they showed the strength of the gods over the helpless mortals.

It's been a while, but I think Creon and Ismene are the only ones who didn't kill themselves.
