You have to be willing to drop your life and live for his. Loving to take pictures is one thing, but can he take direction and be well behaved for hours? You can mass produce a snapshot of your son and submit it along with a cover letter stating that your are seeking representation across the board (meaning for modeling, commercial and theatrical which includes tv and film) and wait ti see if anyone contacts you. I'm guessing you have no one to refer you directly to an agent if you are asking here so look here for reputable agents http://www.sag.org/node/667

Send your packets only to agencies who have a youth department. I also recommend checking out the agent's own website to see if they have specific submission guidelines. You should also do your best to educate yourself on the business. You would also need to obtain an entertainment work permit for your son and renew it every 6 months if you're in CA. Search the CA labor site for the form and mail it in with the info they request which depends on his age.

You could ask local stores to begin with modeling, and for tv and movies, call an ageant. You can find tons of different agency sites online.
