I know Hermia's father is Egeus.
To my knowledge Lysander's father is never mentioned, and Theseus doesn't have children, he just tries to settle the dispute of who is betrothed to Hermia and Helena. He is engaged to Hippolyta though. I do remember that.

Idk But, I'd just go read the book, Thast what I did. But i think The first answer was right i'll go read it agin........
