It's a good starting-out resume. But don't ever put your home phone number or your address on there, unless you have specific instructions to. Even then, be careful. Sometimes resumes get passed through many hands on the way to the person who's actually supposed to read it - who knows what kind of creepers will see it. And another thing, make sure these talent scouts are legit - don't let anyone trick you into giving them your money! Like the person before me said, get some acting experience if this is for acting. But we all start somewhere- and this is a good start. You have a lot of solid training!

depends on what you're trying to get in to....if its for theatre you definitely need some acting experience....if not then this is in the wrong forum....

It looks good . But out your contact information at the top. That way they no were your from.If you have done any acting or modeling don't forget to put that in there too.and when you send this in staple everything together so nothing gets loss and if you can find a bug envelope that is opened and put your photo first. When they see that they might open it or put it some where to open it before others.Just some hints. Good Luck

This is a correct form, but I'm not sure what you're looking into. If it's for theatre, it's wrong. Please put details as what you're looking into so we can decide whether this is the correct form or not.

Some of the information is good, but this is not the accepted resume format if you want to do theatre. I have an example on hand from a previous discussion--

http://www.extrasformovies.com/actors_re...

You can simply eliminate the Film and Televison categories for now and individually list some of your choral/ dance performances under Theatre. If you danced a main part or had a solo, it's worth noting.

They do not need to know age, date of birth, or home address. You do not know whose hands these resumes will fall into, so be careful about the info you offer.

Your youth and gender will be apparent when you have a headshot, and by your name.

Also, look online for other actor/singer/dancer resume examples, and use the template that suits your needs.

Yes, definitely put your contact info at the top. Your address is not really necessary, and since you are a minor I wouldn't recommend putting on there because you don't know who's hands it could fall into. Make sure the contact phone numbers are good ones to use, home and cell look okay, but make sure if I wanted to call you right this second they would work, same thing with email. Also take your age, gender, hairstyle, DOB and ethnicity off. Your age doesn't really matter nor does your DOB and everything else they should be able to get from your headshot. Have you done any plays in school? Add those too. Put on every single performance you have ever done. You want to fill it up with as much experience as you can even if it is just school things. You are young, no one is expecting you to have a whole lot of experience just yet.
