I don't know that anyone can answer your question, as there are many schools that offer superior fine arts programs and the one that is "best" for one person might not be the "best" for you, for any number of reasons. Heck, you might be better off not getting a degree at all!

Most colleges teach acting in the theater department but you can work with the cinema department to do their films.

Most broadcast depts train you as news, weather and sports.
