well i was in the talent show last year and i felt like i was going to throw up. especially when it was my turn. what i did was imagined the crowd in their underwear. ino u probably keep hearing that but it works. dont even look at the crowd. before i got up there to play, i was so nervous. but when i actually got up there and started to play, i was actually less nervous than i thought i was. good luck. and forget that it is part of ur grade. GOOD LUCK! <3OUTSIDER152<3

something i always do is imagine that it's not even important if i mess up, because no one will know unless you show it. so if you DO mess up, just keep on going and don't be stressed about it, and no one will ever know.

also, when on stage, you don't ALWAYS have to make eye contact. just look at people's foreheads, and it's not as hard.

Quit worrying about yourself. Relax a bit of fright is natural, put the energy into the task that needs to be done.

I always just tell myself to chill.
I make sure to just be myself.
I make sure I'm not tired because that usually makes me more nervous.
I tell myself that it's not a big deal at all and when it's over, I'll realize that it was a simple task.

Try these maybe?

Good luck.

go over your script several times.the night of the play just act like your where rehersing it

Think of your grade the whole time forcing you to do good.
