How gory is the Sweeney Todd film?

Question:It was only really gory in one scene. The blood is not realistic at all but i believe they did that on purpouse. There are several scenes where there is blood and a little bit of gore, but mostly just in the one scene when he first starts killing people.

They're killing people, baking them into pies, even eating some of it themselves. Yes C, it's a musical, but it is probably also a bit gory.
