Permission Slip..... Uh oh? Due tomorrow! Yikes!?

Question:I have lots of problems for this.

1. I lost my permission and its due tommorrow!
2. I have to have surgery tomorrow (Long story...)
3. The auditions is in 2 days, I forgot what I was doing!

What should I do? (I may have to stay at the hospital for a week!)

Call or email the person who you will be turning in your permission slip to and explain yourself (ask for another one or an extension on turning it in)

whats the long story on the surgery(very interested=]) ive been in a similar situation, just email a teacher, or someone in school to notify the drama director....be easy
