I am going to be in a spelling bee!!! But i cannot conquer stage fright?

Question:Ok, i just figured out that i am going to be in the spelling bee as 6th grade for our school and then district, state and so on. But the problem is, i have this HORRIBLE stage fright. I know that i am a fabulous speller but i am not ready to go on stage and have everyone looking straight at you when you spell. Even practicing words on the internet makes me nervous... HELP!!!! and please don't just say imagine the audiance in underwear.... It doesn't help

Just think of the audience as your friends who are there to support you and only you. Or look straight to the back of the room avoiding focus on any member of the audience. I am sure you will do well. Good look.
