Hi there,
both of these authors, but especially Susan Pomerance-if you're a girl- are great for auditions. They include pieces from contemporary and historical playwrights, giving you a wide choice to choose from.
Any good library should have some, if not all of them. I've included the ISBN numbers, so even if they don't have it, they should be able to get them for you.

When you audition for any sort of drama course, remember that those you're auditioning for have probably seen hundreds of other people, all who will pick the same sorts of scenes, go for something different, but that still has a classic basis...this will make them sit up and pay attention.

MONOLOGUES FOR TEENAGERS. Roger Karshner.
Thirty original speeches that— with grit and candor—deal with issues relevant to today's teenage boys and girls: drugs, alcoholism, school, work, cars, sex, suicide, etc. Great new material for auditions, classwork and workshops. Written in straight-ahead language, these comic and dramatic monologues are incisive, provocative slices of the real world of everyday teenage life. ISBN 0-9611792-8-7.

SCENES FOR TEENAGERS. Roger Karshner.
These comic and dramatic scenes cut with uncompromising frankness to the heart of issues germane to today's teenage boys and girls. The publication sparkles with original, provacative material written in language that is now. Each scene vibrates with authenticity and externalizes in real speech the feelings of youth in our pressurized, competitive society. ISBN 0-9611792-9-5.

TEENAGE MOUTH. Roger Karshner.
Thirty comedic and dramatic scene-study pieces for young men and women embracing contemporary teen life: loneliness, rape, parents— issues relevant to our modern world. Written in modern, direct speech. ISBN 0-940669-17-X.

MONOLOGUES FOR TEENAGE GIRLS. Susan Pomerance.
Susan Pomerance, author and playwright, has written a scene-study book that every teenage actress will find necessary to her dramatic studies. The subject matter is modern, hip, and cuts to the quick of contemporary issues. ISBN 0-940669-39-0.

MORE MONOLOGUES FOR TEENAGERS. Roger Karshner
Another important scene-study publication from the author of "Monologues for Teenagers." Contemporary, adult in its approach, this book pulls no punches, addresses contemporary issues frankly. ISBN 0-940669-44-7.

MORE MONOLOGUES FOR TEENAGE GIRLS. Susan Pomerance.
Due to the overwhelming demand for "Monologues for Teenage Girls," we once again called upon Ms. Pomerance for this second book of excellent speeches dealing with issues relevant to today's young women. ISBN 0-940669-53-6.

TEEN TALK. Susan Pomerance.
Excellent, relevant, contemporary monologues for teenage girls. ISBN 0-940669-54-4.

SPEECHES FOR TEENAGE GIRLS. Susan Pomerance.
Contemporary scene-study pieces for young women. ISBN 0-940669-58-7.

Good luck.

And you at uni.

Not really sure what you are after but try the library they have loads of text or do a search on google. Or better still write something original...

Take a look at Sharmand MacDonald plays...she writes good stuff with characters your age...particularly The Winter Guest.

DO NOT write something original, they are not appericiative of this as it looks like you have made it up as you go along.

Also do not try something from television as it looks like you know nothing else.

Start searching around. Try Brecht, honestly if you lighten him up on your own accord it works well. Don't be afraid to play ambigious either Chorus or any other non sexualised part can be quite different from what the examiners see.

If completely stuck try The Maids by Jean Genet they are female parts written for men to perform (worth a go).

not much comedy for teens, try Peter Shaffer's play, The Pubic Eye. lots of good stuff as Christoforu.
