How to act like a "Ditzy popular girl"?

Question:This character is that typical "blonde bimbo" who is very popular, conceited and, yes, ditzy. My character is also comedic.

Do you guys have any tips to act out this part?

-Talk very girly-ish...like about girly things..make-up hair..and boys..
-Have a cute innocent way of speaking..and say "like" and "omg" and if people point out the obvious you could like act totally amazed and be like "omg..you would have known that..omg you are so smart"
-Look at movies like clueless, legally blonde and even Chelsea off that so raven(for the kind of dumbess) to see what I mean about when they speak etc.

-Swing your hips when you move and always stand tall...and act like your beaufitul..because your popular..of course your beaufitul..
-It depends what your character is like..but try having a fake smile when you see or talk to people you don't like..or if your a nice popular person..have a nice happy smile..
-You could even try twisting your hair...
-and also be very "bouncy" and "bubbly"..

Chew sugar-free gum and chew while your talking ...overuse the word 'like'.... speak in IM as much as possible.... have C's and D's in all classes but an A+ in fashion design.... only drink Glaceau Vitamin Water..... walk like your better than everyone else and everyone else wants to be you (even though they dont)....never eat candy.... always be carrying a designer bag

Act exuberantly happy. Be oblivious to what other people say unless it somehow impacts you. Look like you're enjoying yourself.

the thing i find helps the most when trying out for a part is to watch videos with type of character and then use pieces of it and make it your own.
