According to the Sondheim Guide, once it aired on PBS, it was never aired again or released commercially. It is available for viewing at the Billy Rose Theatre Collection of the Lincoln Center Library for the Performing Arts, but, other than that, you're probably out of luck unless you can find a Sondheim collector who taped it.
