Question:Hi all.

I'm 14 years old and I am looking for a career in acting. I know it's not as easy as it sounds. I have had no acting expirience, drama class was full :(. I need a web-site that searches web-sites for open audtions for free. And if anyone else has any tips, please help out.

Thanks

Orange County, California??? If that's hwre you are you have the acting world at your feet, you just have to look for it. If you have no experience then auditions aren't what you should be looking for. How about classes so that you'll know what the heck you're doing when you go on auditions?

Just doing an internet search, these come up (I do NOT recommend any personally. You have to look into them and choose for yourself)

http://www.scr.org/education/eduhome.htm... - I do recommend this program because I know someone involved here, but the others you would really need to check into them and make sure they aren't places making big promises and trying to take your money. Ask a lot of questions and make surethey answer them to your satisfaction.

As for auditions, although I REALLY do not recommend you auditioning until you've been in classes, you can look at backstage.com and actorsaccess.com. Neither are completely free but they are the most legit sites around. You can check them out for free without giving too much info. Backstage you don't have to give them anything. Actorsaccess you need to set up an account so ask your parents to look into this for you. If they need further explanation please have them message me.

good luck,
Marianne
