It's a little mature, but at 14 it's not gonna be a big deal to you. Your family would probably like it, because A) it's a famous, "classic" Broadway show, one of those that you just have to see, B) it's really touching because the problems the dancers talk about are ones that everyone can relate to, C) the dancing's pretty cool. But I've heard some people say they thought it was boring, because there are a lot of long monologues in it. So make sure your family doesn't have a short attention span if you go to it. And I don't know about In the Heights, but I really want to see it. They really need to do a cast recording of it!
