Outside of that there is not such thing as an agency for beginners. Agents do not want beginners, they want accomplished, skilled actors who are ready to be professionals. What this site and all most all other advisers will forget to tell you is that the only way a teen actor can become a pro is for their parents to work really hard in their behalf, getting them experience, training and eventually an agent.
