I worked for Disney World and it is not easy.

First they have auditions in a lot of places in the country for disney world, disney land and the cruise lines. Just go to disney.com and find the corporate section then careers. they have some jobs for high schoolers if you live near there, a programs for kids without of high school, college programs, and internships. You will want to be a good dancer! even if you just get tapes that teach you little by little. It helps to be a good singer.

The #1 rule for the audition tho is to keep smiling! even if you mess up. They want to see you never stop smiling and being up beat!

They will teach you a dance then ask you to do an animation like "you just met your fav character" but you cant talk. they practice with you and 100 others for a bit and then they call you back into the room 4 at a time. You do the dance, the animation then the dance again then the animation again.

if you work for them for a bit you can find other opportunities to move up and now you have experience. The best part is that you can do this with your friends a lot easier than trying to be famous together.

As for getting on the disney channel in another way. The only way I know it to get an agent and tell them thats what you want to do. You will definitely need to be well rounded then, cuz disney will look for dancing, voice, and acting.
if you need any other help you can email me at : emilieyuna@yahoo.com
Keep smiling!
Brake a leg!

My best advice for you is to get involved locally first. The more experience you have, the better it will look. Also, type up a resume of anything that would look good to a disney producer. Get an agent if possible, then go onto disney.com and search for more info.

Heey.
Well you're going to need an agent for that.

BUT! there are some open casting calls for the disney channel on

Good luck!

Well with the strike on nothing is in production or casting so they may not be any work til summer.

In any event you have to go to Los Angeles for auditions and have a full time parent with transportation and have $2,500 packed away to buy your union work card in one payment if you get a speaking or acting role.

Forget it, you are hallucinating. To audition for Disney you have to be in LA, you should have an agent, and you have to be really good as evidenced by your resume. And of course your parents have to support the idea since you are a minor.
