it can be frustrating
but i happy mostly for just being able to answer the question, and thinking and working on it.
im mean its busy work really. your answering questions online to people you dont know. it may not even be a serious question. its self gradification really. if your looking for acknowledgment, your probobly looking for some real-world volentering.

yeah it is frustrating but what is more frustrating is when yahoo deletes your answer for no apparent reason. what is up with the censorship?

It's not just you...we ALL get agitated & frustrated! But considering ALL the things which consume our lives, being agitated & frustrated over such a trivial matter is just plain counter-productive!
I've only yesterday recieved an award of 10 points to a question I answered a YEAR ago, by a 'vote'...so am I agitated & frustrated? Oh heck yeah but all the amperstands, pound symbols & exclaimation marks won't get me the year back! I haven't spent the year being agitated & frustrated with the asker of the question...I'm more agitated, frustrated & annoyed that the wife of a disgraceful President is trying to run the USA again...

Sure it is frustrating. I have done some of my most cogent and creative advice on this forum, only to have it reviled and ridiculed, or even worse, ignored. Ah me, such is life.

Why do you expect a response? More to the point, why do you expect a favorable response?

I do this for fun, and to disseminate my hard-won knowledge across the www.
