Costuming/Make-up..
Audition/Casting..
For designing..are you including lighting/sound effects/scenery?..if your not doing one of there you could use one of them as the 6th one...

I have never done one of these theatre cubes..so I don't know if you could do this..but on one side could you put the stages of production..eg...casting..rehersals..per...

There are lots of different designers, like set designer, makeup designer, costume designer, and lighting designer. There are also the arts of set design, makeup design and lighting design.
