Position:Home>Theater & Acting> Wicked tour ticket prices?

Question:The wicked tour will be coming to Kansas City soon. I was just wondering what the average price of a ticket would be. I'd really like to know before they start selling because I don't want to find out and then wait a while on the decision when afterwards the tickets will probably be sold out. Is the tour more expensive than seeing it in chicago or NY?

My mom payed approximately $90.00 each for box seats....

I am looking at Ticketmaster right now, and the tickets range from, like, $32.00 up to about $130.00 where it is currently playing. Prices will vary widely depending on whether you get good seats or not----good seats are more expensive, obviously.

You should call the Music Hall (which is the theatre where you plan to go) to ask what the ticket pices would be...at any rate, they do not go on sale until Feb. 15th.

'Wicked' tickets should be purchased as early as possible, as some shows have been known to 'sell out' within a few hours and you will obviously want to get the best seats for what you can afford to pay. And actually, tour prices are MUCH CHEAPER than Broadway or Chicago seats. The reason is that performers in the more major theatres are often more 'established', meaning that they have more 'artistic credibility' and people/fans will pay more to see them. Wicked is ALWAYS a great show, though, and every young theatre fan should have the chance to see it. You should totally go!

wicked tickets are verry expensive you might be able to find prices on ebay for less but the prices can vary from $100-$400 it really depends...but it really is a great show. Also try www.broadwaybox.com they send you discounts through email on great shows!!
