Everything ended happily. Kinda. At the engagement party, Blythe removes her diguise and aims at Brooke, but Aaron gets in the way, and Blythe shoots her own son. Then after some moments of drama Josh steps in front of Emma and says,"I want to talk to THE BOSS." Eventually, Blythe turns into the alter ego and drops the gun, is escorted out to a police car, and is gone. Flashforward 1 year.

Its a wedding (Brooke and Aaron). Brooke has been accepted to RISD, Aaron is going with her to live there, and Theo is happy, as is his sister with her honey. Later, we find out Emma is pregnant, Josh has been promoted, and all is well. However, that is not where the episode ends. We are taken to a mental institution where Lani, who now works there, is feeding none other thatn Blythe, and Lani seems to have taken the creepy-crazy role over from Blythe. Episode ends with Blythe screaming for help.
