Ok first I have to say I love this musical. It's one of my favorites that I've done.

The productions I've been in didn't have a WHOLE lot of dance, butwe did some dancing. I've only had about two years of dance training and I did just fine in all the productions. There was a lot more "choreographed movement" rather than dancing. For example, during the song "Baseball Game," we didn't dance, we choreographed and staged a baseball game during the song.

Don't worry about dancing---you'll do fine. Just don't look at your feet when you dance and smile. Fake confidence even if you don't feel it, and you'll do great.

Break a leg!

It depends on the director. Don't let something like that stop you. If there are some dance numbers so what? That is what rehearsals are for!

We had a few dance numbers in our production, but they were fairly limited. The only big huge dance numbers were snoopy and Linus' song. Of course our production of this show was from the original script and I know there is a newer version with other songs.

Any who, just go for it.
