Position:Home>Theater & Acting> I am trying out for Mr. Tumnus in the school play, Narnia. How do I stand out in

Question:My audition is in a couple weeks and in previous times trying out for the school plays, I have gotten very small parts but this time, I am determined to get a main part (preferably Mr. Tumnus). But, there are over 35 people trying out for the play and most have a lot of experience. How do I stand out in my audition?

Well first of all make sure your olfit stands out but mot to much becuz they could think your just there for looks but dont talk the night before and drink a lot of liquids so your voice is in perfect talking shape and just be the best you can be becuz if you are then you are surly to get the part and dont act like someone your not just be yourself you are great the way you are and the casters will see the real you instead of a fake but look on google for some healthy tips for your audition!!!

You need to make sure it is more than just memorizing the lines. You should learn the lines now and video yourself to see where you need improvement (more or less emotion, etc.) Good luck!!
