Here's a list of agencies in Ohio. I recommend you only use those who are licensed. Licensed agencies do not advertise (i.e. have an ad in the yellow pages), nor do they charge a fee.

I live outside Cleveland and when I was doing it back in the 70's & 80's there were a lot of scams. Best way is get to know others in your field and get referrals.
