Theatre audition?

Question:Im auditoning at my local theatre play the wizard of oz should im thinking i wont to be uniqe so im think im going to sing al yankovics the saga begins is that a good idea?

cool. a kid did that for a play i was in...and he made it with a big part. i guess as long as you hit the notes, the people see you have a good since of humor and are kind of unique, as long as you can act... and i assume you can, since you are trying out, sure, go for it and good luck!

Well, werid al is probably not your best choice for a play song audtion. Try songs from broadway musicals instead

I wouldnt think so...... there are plenty of unique funny songs on Broadway. Try those.

personally i wouldn't sing that i would sing something from a broadway musical. if you want to be unique try singing something from a unique show. you could sing something from a show that closed early. like taboo. just don't sing anything from pop, rock, or anything like that
