Help with begginer's acting resume?

Question:I need help with my first acting resume. I need to know how to list my school plays that I have done. Do I put the name of the school? What about the name of the play, because not all of them had names. Do I have to put a role name because sometimes they were musicals and my role didn't have a name? Also do I have to put a director if it was just a school play? Should I Just put like the name of my school and then : and then title each play under that would that be good enough? Can you give me an idea of what it should look like?

Put the name of the play, and if it didn't have a name, then you probably shouldn't put it...

If your role didn't have a name, write Ensemble or Chorus (if it was a musical).

You don't need to put the director, but for the place you should put the school, like Brookside Middle School Auditorium.
