Most are the same but there are some slight differences) The Sound of Music which is sung by Maria Maria which is sung by the nuns Do-Re-Mi which is sung by Maria and all the children Sixteen Going On Seventeen a duet sung by Rolf and Liesl My Favorite Things sung by Maria and all the children The Lonely Goatherd sung by Maria and all the children How Can Love Survive sung by Max and Elsa So Long, Farewell sung by the children Climb Every Mountain sung by Mother Abbess No Way to Stop It sung by Max, the Captain and Elsa An Ordinary Couple sung by Maria and the Captain Processional sung by the nuns Edelweiss sung by the Captain, Maria and the Children I would suggest singing Sixteen Going on Seventeen starting at the second verse which is when Liesl begins to sing if you would like the part of one of the children, Climb Every Mountain if you would like the part of Mother Abbess or one of the nuns ( also a great song to show off your high range if you have one), and The Sound of Music or My Favorite Things if you would like the part of Maria. Break a leg at the auditions! um... so you ask for the songs but you don't want them? Report It * You must be logged into Answers to add comments. Sign in or Register. Other Answers (2) |
