The Shawshank Redemption

The types of movies I am attracted to are journeys. Masterpieces in story telling where someone who began with very little goes on to discover that they are something more and change the world around them. A Shawshank Redemption, not only confirmed by the NY Times Best 1000 Movies of All Time and TIME's Top 100 Movies That Changed The World, was truly a look into a new world with life lessons all along the way. Beautiful soundtrack and performances of a lifetime from both Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins.

well for this month, Its this new movie called Waitress. its an indie film starring Keri Russell. The ultimate chick flick!

Well i have sooo many favorite movies!
To name a few
1.Speed- because sandra bullock and keanue reeves are adorible together! and it's an amazing movie!
2.Miss Congeniality-Sandy!
3.National Treasue- Because they are just plain awsome!
4. all pirates of the caribbean movies!
5.Happy Feet
6. The Lake House

And like litteraly a million more!
I watch soo many movies!

Moulin Rouge because 1) it is visually stunning 2) so many of the characters are appealing and interesting 3) the music reaches the heart and 4) because every time I watch it I notice some little thing that I had never noticed before. and 5) I learned how to draw on my eyebrows, just like Nicole Kidman's. ( I'm trying to hook Ewan Mcgregor!)

I loved "Pan's Labyrinth". It was so original and visually amazing.

rainman, big fish, edward sissorhands, and atonement. They were all amazing movies :)

The Parent Trap w/ Lindsay Lohan (I know, but its so sweet! I feel so stupid, but I love it)

Clue (its an older movie, and it didn't do too well in theaters. It's the story based on the board game. I saw it at a friends house one day. It is probably the funniest movie I've ever seen)
