CONFIDENCE COMING OUT YOUR BUTT!! seriously, if you listen to soundtracks and have seen shows, then you know that some of these professionals do not have a very good voice, but they can act and dance and they are SUPER confident.
practice, practice, practice and have confidence in yourself and your abilities. Fiyero in Wicked old me that one, so you know its good advice.

Just practice and find a good coach. You should go to a local place and sing there. See what the people say about your vocie and what you should do to make it better. It's best if you sing for other people and let them criticize.

Just know that you are the best.

well u will need great coaching!! and though u may think u r good u r proably not good enough!! get ready for a lot of disapointing aditions!! not many make it all the way to broadway!!
