Position:Home>Theater & Acting> The PERFECT actress, looks wise not acting.. what would a perfect actress look l

Question:Would she be tall, short, round face, thin lips, small nose?

How? All the physical details!

Also does the way someone looks (on screen ) say more than their talent?

(eg someone very preety, but cant act.)

Would Hollywood accept a 5'3 with curly hair and nice! facial features!???

THANK YOU!!!

You can't have just one 'perfect' actress! That would be completely missing the point.

There are some many different female roles, so many different types of person are needed to play them.

Besides, acting has more to do with talent than looks. If you have both, you're well on your way, but it's unusual.

sophia bush is the perfect actress, looks wise & acting wise!!

There are so many differnt-looking parts in all of the plays, tv shows, movies, and musicals it would be hard to pick the perfect looking actress. Someone with red hair and freckles wouldn't be the best part for a barbie doll-looking character.

Hollywood will accept anyone. Anyone with TALENT... It doesnt matter how you look. Hollywood would accept a 3'11'' 250lbs freckled face kid... if they had alot of talent and they liked them.

But, getting to there is the longest journey. You need an amazing resume and the most experience and great talent. And you need a shot with them to show them what you've got. We all want to get there, but so many of us forget what it will take. And get burned on the way up.

Good luck!

I don't think Hollywood would take anyone with talent, I think, especially for women, that there is some physical appearance invovled. But like everyone is saying, there are lots of different parts that require different looking actresses. Look for example at Bryce Dallas Howard and Charlize Theron. They both are successful acresses yet look completely different (however it is interesting to note that they are both physically beautiful.) If you don't have the right "look" chances are you won't get the ingenue roles, but there are plenty of other roles that don't require tall, modelesque actresses. Break a leg!

if u have talent and u fit the part theyre looking for. it doesnt matter. each part has a different look. i'm only 13 and i'm 5 foot 1 and 90 lbs. , small nose, big lips and eylashes, and indescribable eyes since everyone tells me something different. but i might fit a part that has that description, or not. but i wont fit a part for the description of someone 5 foot 8, 100 lbs., and black curly hair. someone else would. so it doesnt really matter looks wise tooo much... i think
