Question:i need to write about the 'essence machine' technique in my drama coursework, but have no idea what it is! any ideas?

i don't know if that will be useful (because i don't know for sure what is "essence machine"), but i read Grotowsky and he's technique is very close to this term that you use. try to read something on his work, maybe you'll find what you need.

Maybe it is Growtowski related. I never heard of it and I have been teaching acting for 50 years
