Naked Daniel Radcliffe.

Oh you mean, there's actually a play around him? I didn't notice :)

A boy and his horse.

A disturbed youth blinds six horses and we have to find out why

There are many levels of meaning to the play "Equus." (The word "Equus," by the way, is Latin for "horse"). On the surface of things, a troubled boy is consulting a psychiatrist because he committed a terrible crime, and he's confessed to having an obsession about horses. Yet as the boy tells about his experiences, his psychiatrist begins to wonder about basic reasons anyone has to worship something beyond themselves. The doctor starts to think about how deep compulsions - which are beliefs we have that we must do things and have no choice not to do them once we feel we have to do so - may be part of connecting with some kind of higher power, even if the compulsions become harmful. If you've seen the Star Wars films, then you may understand about "the Dark Side of the Force," that draws upon negative power for inspiration instead of positive power. In "Equus," the boy's doctor becomes changed by working with his patient, and the doctor wonders if he himself might become a victim of negative power - and that anyone and everyone might also fall under the influence of negative wants and needs enough to sacrifice whatever they used to be in order to satisfy negative compulsions. And that question is how the play ends. As another Answerer wrote, the play is very intense. It has strong sexual content with actor nudity, and it is meant to be read or seen by adults or extremely mature young adults.
