You can only put what experience and training you have on a resume. That's it. Generally the categories are Theatre, Film/TV, Training and Special Skills, with a Commericial section sometimes thrown in as well (but only write "conflicts available upon request" instead of listing your commercials).

When you're just starting out, you may not have a lot to put on your resume. That's ok. Just put what you do have. Include any classes, including dance and singing as well as acting. Any school plays you've done, choir expereince, anything at all that has a performance aspect. In your special skills section list any musical ability, accents, foreign languages, sports, etc.

As far as submitting to talent agencies go...if you're in NY or LA, don't submit. You're not ready. If you're in a smaller city, usually the guidelines for submitting are different. You don't have to do a big mass mailings and just hope someone calls you in. Many smaller agencies will have open calls where you can show up and might be able to do a reading or monologue on the spot. So, check into the agencies in your city about this and if this is the case, don't worry about your resume. Just be sure to have a monologue prepared and they will be able to see if you're at a level or at least have the potential to book jobs. They will probably recommend training as well, so just keep at it.

I have talent in bucketfuls.

That should do it.

If you have no experience or training i would highly recommend geting some before you think about getting an agent. Do some community theatre,go to summer camps devoted to acting, do everything you can to learn about it. after that then think about getting an agent.
