where people get discoverd to be actors?

Question:I would like to be an actress ^^ and i wanna start young, so like do you know any companies for actors? im already in a drama class ^^ (and actual drama class, not a happy funtime circle thingy)

Well, you don't say where you are... kinda hard to help you look for classes. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by 'companies' but you're just looking to get ripped off if you truly mean company as in John Robert Powers, John Casablanca, etc... Also, I'm not sure what you mean by actual drama class and happy funtime circle thing, but I've been to several 'real' acting classes that include acting games where we're in a circle. Those games help with a skill called improv. Maybe you can explain further what you mean...

You very rarely get discovered just like that. It takes loads of hard work, studying, going to auditions, getting rejected...... I would say, if you really want to become an actress, get an agent and take some classes.
