do it on being responsible for their own actions. For example.

a man was breaking into the house of a family that happened to be on vacation.He was leaving through the garage when he found himself trapped for 4 days. When the family came home and found the man they called the police. shortly after he sued the family!

you might have to do a little reaserch.

I have 3!

1. You can do it on teen pregnancy and how we can stop this.
2. Child Abuse, how it affects children, list of all the abuses on children, how we can stop it.
3. Drunk Drivers, how it's wrong, why we shouldn't drink and drive.

maybe a speech on how TV manipulates children's minds into thinking that got to have a certain toy--how tv makes a toy seems so dramtaic with set stage

i like denise d's answers. also you could do it the environment. like on the rainforest, and how plants in the ocean acually provide most of our oxegen, or on global warming, or organizations that help animals/people. like the SPCA, WWF, like those.
