Hmmm. As a playwright and playwriting teacher, I wonder if you can. Well, it may not be a play, but it will undoubtedly be a dialogue. Two acts means that there is a time or place change. The first act could be in the afternoon, setting up the situation, and the second in the evening showing the resulting action from what what set up in the afternoon.

First, you must have a decent and interesting plot.

To make the acts, you need to decide where to "slice" your story in half. Will it be at the climax? Or hat some cliffhanging spot.

Once you figure that out, you will probably put the diolauge that "builds up the plot" the problem, all the way up to the climax in the first act, and the sollution, the decrease in plot, and all that good stuff in the second act.

I hope all goes well, and I hope you can finish this by tomarrow.
