Once again I need help on my acting cover letter.?

Question:For my acting cover letter, I have been told by many people on this iste that instead of adressing the letter to the agency, to make it to a specific person. One of the two agencies I am mailing to is the Osbrink agancy. Should I make it to Ms. Cindy Osbrink, which is the head of the entire youth theatrical department, or to the other people on the long list. Also is this layout ok?
